A burnt bus is seen at the side of the gutter on Wednesday at the Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) near the Concepcion Exit, indicating a gruesome accident. Three people were killed while 20 others were seriously injured when an Isuzu Forward truck and a Five Star bus collided. The collision of the two vehicles happened around 11:53pm last night at the SCTEX Km 74 Northbound. Witnesses stated that the truck was hauling acetylene and LPG tanks while the bus was en route to Dagupan City. One of the passengers of the bus is confirmed missing. (Jonas Reyes / MANILA BULLETIN)
