Early this morning, VP Leni Robredo received a warm welcome from the students of Balangkayan National High School and members of the municipality of Balangkayan in Eastern Samar.
Through the help of an Angat Buhay partner of the Office of the Vice President, a multicab will now bring students of different barangays to and from school. No longer will they need to walk more than an hour to get to class. Together with this, a water filtration system was also turned over through the assistance of Lingap ng sa Laylalayan ng Lipunan, another partner. This will help augment the potable water insufficiency in the elementary school. (Photo by OVP)
