American big cats rights activists and Netflix’s “Tiger King” star Carole Baskin has created cat-inspired face masks.
Baskin collaborated with Chicago-based company, Tread365, to bring the “Cool Cats” and “Cool Kittens” masks “for any ‘Tiger King’ enthusiast and Big Cat Rescue fan.”
The apparel company said portions of proceeds will go towards Big Cat Rescue, Barkin’s non-profit animal sanctuary that shelters animals like tigers and bobcats that can’t survive in the wild.
Another portion will be dedicated to providing first responders with free masks.
Tread365 also said that the face masks are reusable, machine-washable, and dual-layered.
Baskin drew public attention when she was featured Oklahoma-based zoo operator Joe Exotic in the 2020 Netflix documentary series “Tiger King.”
