Seven bettors won P248, 000 each after getting five digits of the winning combination of Ultra Lotto 6/58, a digit short from winning the whopping P235-million jackpot during Tuesday night’s draw (February 25).
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Ultra Lotto’s winning combination was 46 -14 -25 -29 -57 -45.
According to the agency, nobody was lucky enough to get all the six digits of the winning combination, which had a total jackpot of P235, 004, 080. 40.
The seven consolation prize winners won a total of P248, 210.
Meanwhile, nobody was also lucky enough to bag the P16.6-million jackpot of Super Lotto 6/49. Its winning combination was 42 -09 -06 -46 -03 -23.
There were five consolation prize winners of Super Lotto. Each of them will take home P70, 000, PCSO said.
To claim their consolation prizes, the bettors must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City, and present two IDs so they could get their checks. They should also bring their tickets with them.
The agency said all the consolation prizes will be subjected to 20 percent tax, in accordance with the TRAIN Law.
PCSO General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing the products of the agency, saying people in dire need of help will surely benefit from PCSO’s charity programs.
All lotto draws are being aired live every 9 p.m. at PTV 4. Lotto 6/42 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; Super Lotto 6/49 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday; Mega Lotto 6/45 is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Grand Lotto 6/55 draw is every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; and Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw is every Tuesday Friday and Sunday.
