Vice President Leni Robredo dared Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Administrator Mocha Uson to go to Batangas and see for herself the relief goods that her office has given to evacuees as the latter continued her tirade against her.
“Pumunta siya doon sa mga pinuntahan namin, tanungin nya iyong mga binigyan,” Robredo said Friday in an interview in Camarines Sur.
In her Facebook post, the OWWA officer and blogger Uson called out Robredo for allegedly “spending more money on media coverage” and “giving only five pandesal and one bottled water” to evacuees when she went to the province on Tuesday.
But the Vice President hit back at Uson and said that the latter “was lying.”
On Friday, Robredo bared through her Facebook page that her Angat Buhay program partners also started donating not just food and water, but also sleeping mats, blankets and dust masks for evacuees affected by the Taal Volcano eruption.
