The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Thursday that six schools have ordered the suspension of classes to make way for the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
From December 2 to 7, the following schools are closed: De La Salle University Manila, De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, St. Scholastica’s College Manila, and Arellano Law School in Pasay City.
From December 2 to 6, Saint Pedro Poveda College and St. Paul’s College in Pasig City are closed.
MMDA Spokesperson Celine Pialago said she’s still trying to reach Wesleyan College of Manila since it’s one of the seven schools they recommended for suspension of classes.
“These seven colleges, we’ve recommended them because they’re near the sporting venues and most of these students in these campuses have their own vehicles,” Pialago told ANC.
