The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said five bettors bagged over P100, 000 each after getting five digits of the winning combination of Ultra Lotto 6/58, a digit short from winning nearly P50-million jackpot prize.
During Tuesday night’s draw, Ultra Lotto’s winning combination was 14- 25- 54- 45- 35- 36. It had a total jackpot of P49, 500, 000.
Their P101, 390 consolation prize, meantime, will still be subjected to 20 percent tax in accordance with the TRAIN Law.
Super Lotto 6/49, which had a total jackpot of P15, 840, 000, also yielded no winner. The winning combination was 30- 29- 41- 08- 40- 38.
Nine Super Lotto bettors will receive P49, 430 each, which will also be subjected to 20 percent tax.
To claim their consolation prizes, the bettors must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City and present two IDs so they could get a cheque. They should also bring their tickets.
PCSO General Manager Royina Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing the products of the agency, saying people in dire need of help will surely benefit from PCSO’s charity programs.
All lotto draws are being aired live every 9 p.m. at PTV 4. Lotto 6/42 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; Super Lotto 6/49 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday; Mega Lotto 6/45 is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Grand Lotto 6/55 draw is every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; and Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw is every Tuesday Friday and Sunday.
