The Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network launched “Click to Pray” eRosary — a wearable device connected to a mobile app that’s activated by making the sign of the cross.
The device consists of 10 black rosary beads and a “smart cross” that stores data. It can also be worn as a bracelet.
Once activated, the wearer can choose to pray the standard rosary, a contemplative rosary, or a thematic rosary. The app also shows progress throughout each prayer and keeps track of each rosary after completion.
The device, developed by Taiwan-based GadgeTek Inc., also features personalized religious content.
It is now available on the Click to Pray eRosary website for 99 euros (or about P5,600). The app is also available on IOS and Android devices.
