Ranked number 2 in the enforcement of special laws was Agusan del Norte PPO while Surigao del Norte PPO landed on the third spot in the same category.

Agusan del Sur PPO was also adjudged as the best performing unit in the implementation of Project Double Barrel and in the maximum utilization of social media accounts.

Lt. Col. Christian L. Rafols II, chief of Regional Public Information Office (RPIO), received the award presented to RPIO for efficient and timely information operations through social media and national viewing of the command and RD’s official activities and accomplishments.

The Regional Finance Service Office 13 received a Certificate of Recognition for having been adjudged as the best unit in the field of administration during the 79th PNP Finance Service Founding Anniversary wherein its chief Lt. Col. Avelino M. Garrido, Jr. was adjudged the Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer.

“It is but fitting to give due recognition to the top-performing units which performed above par. May this serve as an inspiration to all PNP personnel to do more and give their best in the performance of police duties,” Brig. Gen. RD Cruz added.
