PCSO said that the lucky ticket was purchased at an outlet in Toledo City, Cebu.

At total of 58 bettors, meanwhile, won P24, 590 each for getting five digits of the winning combination, a digit short from bagging the whopping jackpot.
To claim the prizes, the lucky bettors must go to PCSO’s main office in Madaluyong City, and present two IDs so they could get their cheques.
Lawyer Marissa Medrano, PCSO spokesperson, urged the public to keep on patronizing the agency’s products saying a large chunk of the agency’s revenue goes to charity.
