Disneyland will open its first Ant-Man and The Wasp attraction in Hong Kong on March 31.
Called “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle,” the Marvel-themed attraction, will have guests fighting Arnim Zola’s Swarmbots in the S.H.I.E.L.D. Science and Technology Pavilion to protect a “Data Core with highly confidential information” alongside the tiny but might superheroes.
Guests will be riding a D/AGR – the Defense/Assault Ground Rover aka “the Dagger” and will be equipped with an EMP Blaster for the battle.
Bryan Thombs, creative director of Walt Disney Imagineering, said the Ant-Man and The Wasp is “an experience connected to Iron man experience at Stark Expo in Tomorrowland.”
Visitors can also look forward to seeing Ant-Man and The Wasp stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly who reprised their roles for the interactive adventure.
Disneyparks blog also revealed that “artifacts and research items from more than a dozen Marvel movies, TV show episodes and comics” will be displayed in the attraction.
