In Visayas and in Caraga region, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country also due to amihan.

On seaboards of extreme northern Luzon, coastal waters will also be moderate to rough with wave height reaching up to 2.8 meters.
While coastal waters on the rest of the country will be slight to moderate with wave height of up to 2.1 meters.
