Cristobal and some of his colleagues distributed flowers and candies at the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) Boni station to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The celebrated policeman tried to downplay the incident which he said was just an isolated case.

“Sa kapulisan po kasi, hindi lang naman po ako ang mapagtimpi talaga (Among all the policemen, I am not the only one who can control my temper),” said Cristobal.

“Majority naman po sa ating mga kapulisan ay may magagandang puso (Majority of our policemen are kind-hearted),” he added.

Cristobal proudly wore the commendation medal conferred by PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde for his professionalism.

Cristobal has also been in the police service for 10 years.

Meanwhile, Zhang Jiale, the 23-year-old Chinese student, remains in custody of the Bureau of Immigrations Warden Facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig while undergoing deportation proceedings.
