Mandaluyong Police nails Cruz in another buy-bust

An alleged drug peddler who was included in the drug watchlist was arrested by policemen in a buy-bust operation in Mandaluyong City Monday.

Senior Supt. Moises Villaceran, Mandaluyong City Police chief, identified the suspect as Jonathan Cruz alias Jojo, 44, jobless, of Barangay San Jose, Mandaluyong City.

Villaceran said that the buy-bust sting against Cruz, who was included in the city police drug watchlist, was conducted at around 3 p.m. near his house in Sitio 2, Barangay San Jose.

A police poseur buyer transacted with Cruz and was able to purchase a sachet of suspected shabu worth P200, Villaceran said.
