Mayor Johnielle Keith Nieto told the Manila Bulletin that he and the people of Cainta welcome Eat Bulaga in its new home, which is located on Marcos Highway, a few hundred meters away from Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall and Robinsons Metro East.

“I am elated at the thought that Eat Bulaga has considered and has in fact moved to Cainta. Since I was a child, I have been a constant follower of the longest running noontime show. It is with utmost pride that I welcome them on behalf of the people of Cainta and wish them further success,” Nieto said.

Even before the noontime show officially announced its transfer to its new studio, the local government unit, especially the barangay officials of San Isidro, which has territorial jurisdiction over the newly – constructed APT Studios, has been in communication with the production managers of the television show in terms of peace and order concerns.

Barangay San Isidro chairman Architect Ric Licup told Manila Bulletin that a task force has been created by the village purposely for crowd control and traffic management as thousands of fans are expected to troop to the studio on December 8.

Joseph Boleche, executive assistant of the village said around 20 or more village peacekeepers will augment the members of the Cainta Police on that day because of the expected number of crowd that will show up on Saturday.
