NE monsoon to bring scattered rains in N. Luzon
By the Philippine News Agency
The northeast monsoon affecting northern Luzon will bring scattered rainshowers Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 24-hour weather forecast, Pagasa said the regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera, and the provinces of Aurora, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rains caused by the northeast monsoon.
The easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific will affect the eastern section of the country.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
