The vehicles, consisting of four L-300 vans, were turned over by Lawyer Paizal Abutazil to Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar before the opening of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) meeting in this city.

Abutzil said the vehicle is part of this city incentive for bagging the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) in 2016.

The fund used for the acquisition of vehicles is from the 2016 Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) in the amount of P3.4 million.

The PCF is an award to LGUs that have passed the Seal of Good Local Governance.

Salazar said the vehicles would be used for the local traffic management program.

Salazar chairs the RPOC, which conducted its regular monthly meeting Wednesday in this city.
