The suspect was identified by police as Allein Hussein Sumadlayon, 27, resident of H. Santos St. Carmona, Makati City.

Police recovered from him one caliber .38 with four live ammunition, and a piece of paper with a list of different times and a corresponding streets, which police suspected  to be his next targets.

The suspect was flagged down around 3:00 in the morning at a police checkpoint or “Oplan Sita” along Bluevoz St corner Milkweed Streets  in Barangay Rizal, Makati City, for not wearing a helmet while on board a motorcycle

The police report also showed that personnel from the Police Community Precinct 10 of Makati saw a firearm tucked in Sumadlayon’s waist. Police then made the arrest for illegal possession of firearm.

Upon verification by intelligence operatives, Sumadlayon was positively identified as the Top 1 Most Wanted Person of the Makati City Police and the Top 2 of  the Southern Police District.

The  suspect  was said to have been   involved in the shooting incident that transpired last July 4, 2017 along Curie St., Barangay Palanan in Makati City. The incident resulted in the death of  call center agent Leonile Zara.

Based on  the security footage from the apartment, Zara grappled with the suspect who was taking her bag. The suspect told the Bulletin that he had no recourse  but to  shoot the victim in order to escape.

According  to Makati Police Chief Gerry Umayao, after the arrest of Sumadlayon, different arrest warrants surfaced against the suspect. Umayao added that the suspect’s modus is to  monitor his targeted victim until  the party is alone.

The Makati City police have yet to verify his involvement in carnapping and rape cases. Sumadlayon denied having cohorts  and told the Bulletin that he does his hits alone
