Several domestic flights were cancelled on February 14, 2018 due to bad weather in their destinations.
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) posted the following flight cancellations:
Cebu Pacific Air
- 5J 321 Manila to Legazpi
- 5J322 Legazpi to Manila
- DG 6113 Manila to Naga
- DG 6114 Naga to Manila
At 7 a.m. today, the Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) located tropical depression “Basyang” at 255 kilometers, south of Cuyo, Palawan.
It has maximum sustained winds of 45 kph (kilometers per hour) near the center and gustiness of up to 60 kph. It was moving west southwest at 26 kph.
PAGASA said “Kiko” is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday morning.
Scattered to widespread moderate to heavy rains will be experienced over Palawan and Western Visayas in the next 24 hours, according to the weather bureau.
