Tacloban City – The road from this city to the next town of Babatngon remained closed to four-wheeled vehicles and heavy equipment because of damage from Storm Urduja, an advisory from the Leyte provincial governor’s office, said Friday.

Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominico L. Petilla said only motorcycles are allowed on the road to Babatngon.

People going to Babatngon proper and the oil depot in Babatngon were advised to take the San Miguel-Barugo route.
