Two high school students reported that they, along with two other girls, were snatched and sexually abused by unidentified men in Gattaran, Cagayan late last month.
The victims told the police that, on November 28, they were walking home when the suspects, aboard a green van, offered them a ride home.
Seeing two other girls in the van, they agreed and were later taken to a secluded hut. The two high school students said they felt drowsy and the rape happened.
The victims claimed they were hogtied and their mouths stuffed with handkerchief. The two students were released on December 2, while the two other girls in the van are still unaccounted for.
The two high school students were brought to Dr. Tomas Nolasco Hospital for medical examinations and subsequently referred to the Gattaran social welfare office.
