PAGASA further said the regions of Bicol, Mimaropa and Calabarzon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms due to the northeast monsoon.
The regions of southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will also experience light to moderate rains and thunderstorms brought by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Metro Manila and the remaining parts of Luzon, on the other hand, will have cloudy skies with light rains.
PAGASA also pointed out moderate to rough seas will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas caused by moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast.
Other areas will have slight to moderate seas due to light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to northwest.
