Chloe Bridgewater, a 7-year-old girl from Hereford, England, applied for a job at Google by sending a letter to the “Google Boss”, who actually gave her a response.
Andy Bridgewater, Chloe’s father, stated that the girl’s fascination with Google started when she asked him where his ideal place to work would be, according to Business Insider.
“And I said, ‘Oh, Google would be a nice place to work,’” he stated.
In his LinkedIn account, Andy wrote, “After seeing images of Google offices with their bean bags, go karts and slides, my 7 year old daughter decided to write to Google to see if they would give her a job.”
After sending her “job application”, Chloe received a response from the Google’s CEO, Sundar Pichai, which became viral when Andy posted it on LinkedIn.
“I think if you keep working hard and following your dreams, you can accomplish everything you set your mind to — from working at Google to swimming in the Olympics,” Pichai claimed.
“I look forward to receiving your job application when you are finished with school,” the CEO added.
Andy said that the response boosted Chloe, as “she is now even more eager to do well at school and work for Google.”
